2012

Finally break into running 40 miles per week   October

Break a 22 minute 5k  October

3.7 or higher GPA  Earned a 4.0 for my first fall semester!


2013

Break a 20 minute 5k

Break 13 minutes in the 3k January

Break a 6 minute mile

Qualify for NAIA Nationals in xc or track

Successfully complete a push-up

Break into running 50 miles per week


2016

Run my first marathon
